I can’t help but listen to this, for most of the day.
A very interesting and unconventional film featuring runners. If anything, it has absolutly nothing to do with running, but more so a peek into the lives of random strangers who happen to like to go for runs.
It is definitly worth the 10 min, weather you are a runner or not. I wonder what I would have said if they stopped me.
I’m digging this track. I just listened to their self titled 2010 album on Spotify. I can’t wait to see what their 2013 album will be like.
FYI, If you remember Gnarls Barkley, Danger Mouse is part of this group. If you listen you can notice similarities.
First my brother told me about this song. Then smokingsection.com posted this. Then I listened to the song, and I have to say this reminds me of when I used to obsess over Busta Rhymes in the 8th grade while my friend did the same for Redman. Hip-hop aside, the old-school house vibe of this definitly brings me back to a hot summer cookout in Jersey in 1998.
Enough of my nostalgia though, time to prep for Extinction Level Event 2.
I was really geeked when I realized an old co-worker of mine said he was sending me a pair of “hard to get” kicks. This might be the first pair of sneakers that I own that go for over $200 on ebay (Not that I plan on selling them).
Aside from my excitement, these shoes were made to commemorate the redesigned $100 note. Coming from the hints of the blue and orange on the note, you can see how those colors are accented on the shoe.
